We are raising support for Hope Academy, an inner-city Christian school in Minneapolis. On Saturday, June 25, 2011, we will be participating in Hope Hike 2011: A Superior Challenge. Together we can help girls and women experience true hope through the life-changing ministry of Hope Academy. We will hike a challenging section of The Superior Trail, a footpath that largely follows the rocky ridgeline above Lake Superior on Minnesota's North Shore from Duluth to the Canadian border. I am asking each hiker to raise a minimum of $450. I want YOU on my team!!!

In addition, this year there is an opportunity to have the top fundraiser's pledges matched by the Katies Club Fund. Katie's Club was created in 2005 in memory of Katrina Serenity Stigman who struggled with breast cancer, but whose life was a continual demonstration of hope and faith to those around her. The Katie's Club Fund is happy to partner with us in raising funds for Hope Academy and will match monies raised by the top fundraiser.

In order to keep Hope Academy affordable for everyone, the fair share tuition at Hope is based on a family's ability to pay. With most of the families coming from low-income homes, more than 80% of the cost of education is covered by Partners. At Hope, not a single student is turned away for lack of funds.

The Mission of Hope is to foster hope in God within the inner-city neighborhoods of Minneapolis by providing youth with an outstanding, Christ-centered education. The results are incredible. Visit www.hopeschool.org to learn more.
