"The Lung Rangers" a team to help the Children's Organ Transplant Association so Ashley Pearce can get a double lung transplant.

name donors dollars

On May 18th, 2013 our group will be running a 1/2 marathon on the Great Wall of China to help raise the funds needed to enable Ashley Pearce to pay for a double lungtransplant. Ashley was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at age five. Now, at age 25, her lung functioning is so poor that she must have a double lung transplant to save her lfe.

The cost of this lifesaving transplant is at least $500,000. The family is a long way from meeting this goal. Living in a small town in Northern California, the family must travel to appointments 6-8 hours by car. Therefore, Ashley's mother is unable to work as she never knows when Ashley's lung function will drop low enough to warrant more treatment.

Your donation, no matter the size, can help save Ashley's life.

Our group, "The Lung Rangers" are a small group of teachers in Shanghai, China who hope to make a difference in this family's life. We are taking on the Great Wall for Ashley, and we hope you can help support us in our efforts.

Please donate or become a "Lung Ranger" by participating in some sort of run or athletic event in honor of Ashley Pearce.
