Day One is the only organization in New York City that focuses exclusively on preventing and ending dating abuse. They do this through community education, legal advocacy, supportive services and leadership development. This means that they go out to schools across the city and talk to young people about the warning signs of abuse and what a healthy relationship looks like, and if a young person comes forward asking for help, Day One represents them in court for protective orders and provides therapeutic counseling. You can read more about their programs at www.dayoneny.org.

I have a fundraising goal of $1000 and I need your help to reach and hopefully exceed it! Gifts of any size really help!

Thank you for your support!
