River Valleys is asking staff members to be part of a friendly competition again this year. Let’s see who can raise the most donations, by asking friends and family for contributions, to make Girl Scouting available to ALL girls, via financial aid. Financial aid for girls comes in the form of help with membership dues and program fees and assistance with obtaining the basic Girl Scouting materials. I love the friendships and social skills my girls are learning through Girl Scouts. We have also benefitted with money for camp and essentials. It is a great organization!! -Girl Scout Mom At a time when only one in five girls believes she has what it takes to lead, we envision a world where girls and women are represented equally as leaders of our communities, our businesses and our nation—and with your help, we will see that vision become a reality.
