Fisher cares for JASY
"Fisher cares for JASY" making dreams come true for at-risk Jamaica children.
Fisher volunteers conduct summer camps for poor children who struggle to survive in the crime-infested slums of Jamaica. Many of these children live in cramped tin-roofed shacks without electricity or running water, with little hope for their future.
Each year 150 children are nominated by their teachers to attend JASY Camp. JASY uses sports training to improve self-esteem, physical well being, Christian values and teamwork. Campers enjoy soccer, swimming, Caribbean Games and Olympic Village. Each and every child is made to feel special at JASY Camp.
JASY camp is provided at no cost to the participants. Your donation and the time and effort of these JASY Volunteers makes dreams come true for at-risk Jamaican children.
