From March 25th - 30th, students with CALPIRG Energy Service Corps at San Francisco State will spend their Spring Break serving in the San Jose community.

Help support our work to bring energy efficiency education to thousands of local schoolkids and residents:

-- we'll teach over 3,000 students in the San Jose area about the importance of being energy efficient, energy’s impact on the environment, and how we can all lead more sustainable lives

-- working with programs like City Year San Jose, we'll bring energy education into afterschool programs and give students the tools to save energy in their own homes

--after school hours, we'll will also partner with local nonprofits, food banks, and soup kitchens working to improve the quality of life in San Jose for all people.

We're excited to run a week-long community engagement program, working with K-12 students, residents and local VIPs, all in an effort to build a more sustainable future, for San Jose and the greater Bay Area.

Please help make our lessons and service projects possible with a donation -- $10 sponsors a lesson in a school, and $50 would send one of our volunteers for the whole week!

Thank you for your support.
