As always, Brethren Benefit Trust (BBT) will be encouraging healthy living at Brethren Annual Conferene this year! The Fitness Challenge will take place on June 30 at 7am in Charlotte, NC during Annual Conference.

This year, you can take your walking or running to the next level by joining in On Earth Peace's 3000 Miles for Peace Campaign!

You can do one or all three of the following at Annual Conference:

  • Honor Paul Ziegler and join the 3000 Miles for Peace Campaign by making a $25 donation to On Earth Peace in addition to the Fitness Challenge registration fee. This can be done at the BBT or On Earth Peace booth at Annual Conference, or beforehand.

If donating online beforehand, just go ahead and donate to a member of this team, or donate in honor of Paul Ziegler at

  • Join the team here at Razoo in order to gain pledges of support for your walking or running at Annual Conference! Joining the team makes it easier to widen your circle, and the circle of On Earth Peace by encouraging friends and family to sponsor your run in the name of peace.
  • Bike on the stationary bikes we will have set up at the On Earth Peace booth at Annual Conference. Just stop on by. Come chat with us about your peacemaking work, make a donation and/or join the Razoo team to get sponsorship for your biking!

You can register for the BBT Fitness Challenge run/walk here:

Join us as we pedal, walk or run for peace, raising funds and awareness for On Earth Peace's programs.

All funds raised in the 3000 Miles for Peace Campaign will go to the Paul Ziegler Young Peacemaker Fund, which will help On Earth Peace

  • provide inner-city youth the skills to face the violence around them with creative nonviolence;
  • teach children at an early age what it takes to make peace, and then share their vision of a better world through public art projects;
  • train community leaders to develop effective violence-prevention projects in their neighborhoods.
