Over the next year, a team of amazing IBDers will train to complete the 2015 Princeton Half Ironman. They will swim, bike, and run a total of 70.3 miles for Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and ostomy awareness.

A Half Ironman includes:

  • 1.2 Mile Swim
  • 56 Mile Bike
  • 13.3 Mile Run

Participants have 8 hours and 30 minutes to complete the race. This is no easy feat, especially for someone with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.

Each member of our Team 70.3 for IBD will devote an extraordinary amount of time to training in order to complete ths challenge. Their efforts will go towards helping the Intense Intestines Foundation with the following.

  • Intense Intestines Scholarship Program
  • Intense Intestines IBDebt Program
  • Never Stay Quiet Video Series
  • Crohn's & Colitis Awareness Campaigns
  • IBD Social Meetups and Social Network
  • And much more

These programs are critical in helping patients with IBD and their families. Please consider making a contribution to help each team member reach their fundraising goal to help the IBD and ostomy communities.

Thank you in advance for your support as we train for 70.3 for IBD.
