Planting the seeds to grow personally, intellectually and socially.

The Globetrotter Program is an interactive "outside the classroom" learning environment that focuses on self-actualization, service learning and global exploration. The program includes a 6-8 month in-country leadership curriculum as well as a 2-3 week international trip that combines physical adventure with cultural enrichment and philanthropic service. To date Dustin's GreenHouse Globetrotter Program has changed the course of hundreds of students lives and visited Guatemala, South Africa, Peru, Ecuador, Romania and Uganda.

Our Globetrotters commit to two years to head up a campaign to promote service learning and the formulation and leadership of THE Club (The Human Experience Club) within their high school. They become part of a countywide team that will plant the seeds of service learning and global awareness across Guilford County.

This year we will train the Globetrotters in leadership, organizing, fundraising that will culminate in a trip to the Yucatan in Mexico, where they will join in an archeological dig on a Mayan ruin, experience some of the most unique biospheres in the world, work with spyder monkeys at a primate reserve, ride horses on an authentic hacienda and face their first scuba dive.

All donations are tax deductible and 100% of donations go straight to help these students since Dustin's GreenHouse is an all volunteer organization with no paid employees.
