Please help me raise funds in order to support the families of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty.

In 2006, I was involved in the trial of two individuals who were responsible for the cold-blooded murder of a VA Police Officer who was shot while standing at his post by the entrance to the San Juan VA Medical Center. The two men shot Officer Rodriguez in order to steal his issued firearm so that they could use it for protection in their drug dealing business. Officer Rodriguez left behind a wife and four children ranging in age from 15 to 24 years old. During the trial, I got to know the family of Officer Rodriguez and experienced how they dealt with the loss of a husband and a father.

Next May, I plan to participate with other law enforcement officers in a 250 mile bike ride with the purpose of raising awareness and financial support for the families of fallen law enforcement officers. In order to participate, I have to raise at least $1,500.

I would appreciate your sponsorship regardless of the amount as I try to do my part on behalf of all the officers killed in the line of duty and their surviving family members.

Thank you very much for your consideration. Please forward this link to anyone who may be interested in donating to this worthy cause. Again, thank you.
