Nourishing the body. Calming the mind.

Thank you for supporting Bridgeview's Meals for Members Program. Your generosity provides nutritious lunches and education on how healthy eating impacts well being.

Meals for Members is a 3-year initiative led by County Attorney Tony Palumbo. Donations help fund nutritious lunches and healthy snacks M-F each week at Bridgeview.

Members also participate in healthy living seminars and classes. Topics range from Portion Control to Smoking Cessation to Yoga/Breathing Classes.

In a given day, between 50-60 members lunch at Bridgeview.

Those living with Serious and Persistent Mental illness tend to isolate themselves from others. And many live on low or moderate incomes so trips to the grocery store are limited.

Eating lunch at Bridgeview provides an opportunity to connect with others, and plays a key role in improving physical health and mental well being.

Thanks for your kind donation.
