How I want to make a difference: Right now I spend most of my time lobbying for the Healthy Pets Act AB 1634, a statewide assembly bill that would require most dogs and cats to be spayed and neutered. In California alone we kill over a half million dogs and cats each year at the cost of a quarter billion dollars. This bill will save millions of animals' lives and billions of CA taxpayer dollars.
