How I want to make a difference: I tend to think that the top one-percent of the U.S.'s socio-economic ladder would do everything it had to to make sure it's children had the best of everything. As such, the biggest way in which I would change the world would be to create the equal opportunity for education for all. We'd just have to make the opportunity equal, then the one-percent would be sure to make that education the best possible.
