HOME Line provides free legal, organizing, education, and advocacy services so that tenants in Minnesota can solve their own rental housing problems:
Hotline: Renters from across the state can receive free legal advice about rental issues.
Organizing: Our team assists residents in working collectively to address building-wide rental issues as well as save affordable housing.
Advocacy: HOME Line is working to preserve the Renters’ Credit and recently passed a Minnesota Tenant Bill of Rights.
