The YMCA of the Prairie is for Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. The Y strives to bring people in the community together through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The Y offers memberships and programs to people regardless of income or financial situation. In 2011, the Y gave over $71,000 in membership and program assistance to people who otherwise would not be able to afford these services.

The YMCA Endowment Fund provides a secure, stable foundation upon which the YMCA continues to build its future. Gifts to the fund are invested, allowing the YMCA to use the earned interest to support criticial programs that require contributions to survive.
