Y Partners Annual Support Campaign

Help me raise money to provide scholarships and financial assistance for children, families and seniors in need!

Y Partners 2010 is focusing on five critical needs:
*Youth leadership and development
*Safe and affordable child care
*Healthy lifestyles for youth
*Health disparities
*Water safety
