WomenVenture is a leader in helping women become economically successful and prosperous.

Your donation helps women in our community gain the the tools and support to help start and grow small businesses, find more fulfilling work, develop a new career path or learn financial skills to successfully mange their money.

WomenVenture serves women of all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. In its 34 year history, over 100,000 women in our community have been directly served and greatly impacted by WomenVenture.

With donor support, WomenVenture serves clients through proven programs and services:

Career Development
Entrepreneurship
Self-exploration
Women Can Do It!, a unique program for low-wage earning women to enter traditionally male dominated, high paying careers in Information Technology, Green Energy, Manufacturing, Construction and other trade-related fields by providing complementary job and life skills training and coaching.

$ 40 Funds scholarships for women to attend resume building classes.
$ 50 Teaches women how to network and discuss their job experiences.
$ 75 Coaches women how to create winning resumes and perfect interview techniques to they can find a good-paying job.
$ 100 Provides one-on-one consultation to women exploring starting their own small business.
$ 500 Provides women the tips, tools, and sure-fire strategies to harness the power of the media in promoting their small business.
$ 1,000 Circle of Influence Membership. A gift at this level also gives women the know-how to negotiate for higher salaries and better benefits.
$ 3,000 Circle of Influence Membership. A gift at this level also provides needed skills for women to enter a non-traditional career, increasing their earning power by an average of $15,000/year.
