David Holzer fundraising for TAASC - The Adaptive Adventure Sports Coalition
Adventure Sports For Individuals with Disabilities! In 2012 we conducted over 1,200 participant outings!
TAASC is a non-profit organization established in Ohio in 1997. The mission of TAASC is to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities (physical and developmental) by providing sports and recreational activities, and to offer opportunities for empowerment through education, leadership, and training, in collaboration with community-based organizations.
Our programs include snow skiing, water skiing, cycling, kayaking, ice-skating, sled hockey and sailing.
We are a chapter of Disabled Sports USA as well as the Wounded Warrior Program. The Challenge is our primary fundraiser and permits this 100% volunteer organization to purchase equipment and conduct programs for children and adults with serious disabilities. Please mark your calendar for February 2nd! Should you have any questions please give me a call at 614-402-0601.
If you can’t make it on the 2nd and would like to make a small contribution, I can gurantee it will be put to good use. I am trying to raise $10 from 100 donors. Last year through your generous contributions I raised over $2,200.
