The Polar Express Challenge
A project of WESTVIEW INC
Raise $$ to see a current or past Westview alum "zip" into the lake on a cold wintery day: Saturday, December 8th.
At Westview on the James, we serve over 1300 campers each summer and over 2500 retreat guests year-round. People come to the woods in Goochland, VA to find a closer connection with nature, to build community, and to grow their faith in God.
The Zip & Dip is a favorite summer activity for campers, staff and guests. The thrill of taking that first step off the platform, feeling the drop on the cable and flying through the air until you glide across the water and into a refreshing splash.
Now picture a blustery day with air temps at 35 degrees and water temps at 40 degrees. Sounds like good fun--especially for someone else, say a Program Director or leadership team member and YOU can make that happen. Donate here to raise the funds to see your former co-workers, leaders, and friends get a little shriveled on a winters day!
