Guatemala Mission Trip
A project of TCU WESLEY FOUNDATION
TCU Wesley takes a Spring Break mission trip to San Raimundo, Guatemala to build a house. TCU Wesley is a campus ministry at TCU.
This March, our group is taking a trip to Guatemala through Casas por Cristo to build a house for a family there.
Located at the southern tip of México, Guatemala is the most populated country in Central America. With over 13 million inhabitants, 56% of the population is living in poverty. The majority of Guatemalans reside in rural areas outside of the bustling streets of Guatemala City. These mountainous countrysides are where you will find the heart of this nation.
The trip costs $1185 per person, which breaks down to $860 for airfare, $125 for housing and food, and $200 for building materials for the house.
