A few of the projects that your donation supports:

- Attendance/Truancy Mediation for students with truancy problems in our schools.
Growing Grounds, a new program that seeks to help women successfully transition out of incarceration.

- Community Mediation services for members of the community that are experiencing conflict. Through a positive, structured, and confidential process, ECR guides participants to reach positive and peaceful solutions to conflict.

- Peace Learning Connection and other school programs that teaches important skills to students to help them build respect for self and others, to teach students how to stand up for themselves in a way that solves conflict as opposed to escalating it, and to share important stories of peace role models with students.

- Workshops and seminars for businesses, organizations, government agencies, and community members on important topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and team building.

- The creation of learning materials that are distributed throughout the country.
