The Upper Midwest Chapter represents more than 17,000 people with MS. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS through our 50 state network of chapters. We fund more MS research, provide more services to people with MS, offer more professional education and further more advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world.     I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2002. Since then I have realized how important support from others can be.     I've been a member of the Society since 2000. The research they support has lead to medications that help make a difference. They also offer lots and lots of support programs for those with MS and their families and caregivers.
