Hair pulling and skin picking are disorders that cause millions of people to live in shame and isolation.

Founded in 1991, TLC provides education, outreach, and support of research into the cause and treatment of BFRB disorders. Under the guidance of a Scientific Advisory Board of leading researchers & clinicians, TLC funds research into causes and cures for these disorders, trains treatment providers in effective treatemtn methods, and promotes a comunity of supportive and healing for those who suffer from hair pulling and skin picking.
