Training and Leadership Endowment

This endowment provides ongoing financial support for programs enhancing individual leadership skills and building organization capacity.

LeaderImpact is an advanced experiental learning program that builds upon understanding individual strengths and the appreciation of the strengths of others.

Students Teaching Attitudes of Respect (Star) increases awareness for students in the areas of community building, media, skills needed to deal with conflict, and the utilization of personal power and strengths. The goal is to model and support a positive school culture.
