I grew up in Monmouth County, just a few minutes from the beach. Despite my amazing beach bod and my golden tan, you may have not known this.

Many communities in Monmouth County were devastated by Hurricane Sandy. I am trying to raise money for the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. If our team raises $5,000, Eric will run a full marathon on a high school track, hence Track Friday.

So instead of lining up at Wal-Mart at a ridiculous hour, please consider donating a few bucks to the Food Bank. I plan on joining Eric for at least a 5K, and I may throw things at him while I'm not running.
