I will be going to Biloxi, Mississippi from March 27 through April 3 to participate in a week of service.

I have been apart of an film organization that has filmed the Alternative Spring Break week of service for the past two years in Detroit, MI. United Way is not offering Detroit as an option for 2010 so I have decided to bring my team and I down to Mississippi with our cameras to volunteer and film.

The transportation costs to get to Mississippi from Detroit are extremely high but well worth the life-changing experience. I hope that my added skills as a videographer will prove useful in enlightening others about the experiences that can be fostered from ASB.
