To rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abused, abandoned and neglected pets.

Animal Ark is Minnesota's largest no kill animal welfare organization. They work all over the state to spay, neuter and rescue pets in need.

Animal Ark is a small organization with a huge heart and mission. The tiny staff take on huge projects all over the State of Minnesota to help animals, and to raise awareness of important animal issues.

Our efforts include large-scale disaster response, high-volume spay/neuter efforts, animal rescue, education and outreach, behavior training and rehabilitation and more. At Animal Ark, no animal is ever "put to sleep" unless it is terminally ill and suffering, or, in very rare cases, considered to be dangerous to humans and beyond rehabilitation.

Animal Ark has the goal of ending the killing of healthy dogs and cats in animal shelters throughout Minnesota, and is implementing a strategic plan to accomplish that goal. Your donations can help save the lives of animals, while creating a brighter future for all Minnesota animals.

Animal Ark operates a state-of-the art shelter, where animals are cared for in a beautiful, warm, home-like environment.
