Boysmiling

Since 1951, the Reading Center has been teaching kids and adults with reading disabilities (known as dyslexia) learn to read, but most importantly we help kids and adults gain confidence and belief in themselves. Using proven methods, highly trained Educational Therapists (known as tutors) from the Reading Center teach kids and adults one-on-one and in small groups. We are a leading source of training for educators and others to learn the methods that are successful with dyslexic individuals.

A Reading Center parent summed it up:
"There is nothing more important to a child's self-esteem in school than keeping up with the rest of the class. When they cannot they become the butt of jokes, get called stupid and get picked on in general. Providing the dyslexic child with the right tools to unlock his abilities can change the child's self-value like nothing else. (Without the Reading Center's tutoring online) my son would have lived his life unaware of how gifted and bright he is."

Bruce Suino Kudos to the Reading Center! Your staff has made a huge educational and confidence building impact on not only my son, but my entire family. To only say "Thank You" is simply not enough. A life time of many "Thank Yous" is much more deserving to your staff. Keep up the positive difference you have made in our community and schools systems.
