The O'bon Khmer Art Center has been created as a Khmer-International charitable center for educational research exchanging purpose; and to revitalize the Khmer heritage in ART form of sculpture, painting, poetry, and writing. And more importantly to drive and effort to gathering the Khmer historical artifacts in one roof.

    I have always admired Chantou Ouer's spirit and drive. I was his ESL teacher in the Thailand refugee camps in the 80's. He is a gentle and brave soul, and I am happy to donate to this cause.
