My name is Marla Sigman and I am running the Boston Marathon for the third year in a row. I first ran as a goal for myself turning 40 two years ago and have gotten so hooked on running that I can not stop!! Both years I ran for a charity as well. I think that picking a charity that is close to ones heart and raising money to run is very therapeutic. I am very sports oriented as a person and when I found out I got chosen to run for Bay State Games I was so excited. I am raising three boys and think that the philosophy behind this non profit organization is great. They strive to promote the above developmental skills in everyone from 6 to 86!!
