1 Man. 7 Days. 21 Burritos. 23,940 Calories.

The Great American Burrito Challenge started as a dare between two friends and grew to become something much larger. The basis of the challenge is to determine if the challenged, Jeremy Baier, can eat 3 burritos a day for an entire week. That's right - it's disgustingly awesome!

Everyday, Jeremy will post pictures and his weight to document his progress (for better or worse).

All donations will go to Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.

Please support Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. In 2007, my wife and I lost our newborn daughter Nora to complications from Trisomy 18, a chromosomal abnormality. The staff at the Children's Hospital NICU was incredibly compassionate and helped us make some agonizing decisions we never could have made on our own. Though it was a horrible, life-changing experience for us, the doctors and nurses at Children's made sure we knew we weren't alone, and we'll always be grateful for their support.
