The Cannonball Foundation believes that all young adults should have the opportunity to reach for the goal of competing on the field and in the halls of higher education.

Today many scholar-athletes from underserved communities cannot afford to compete at the highest levels of baseball and softball competition in showcase tournaments. Nor do they have the resources to pay for college prep classes or the knowledge of how to navigate the complex college admissions process. Because of this they often go unnoticed by colleges coaches and univeristy recruiters.

We provide these players with access to showcase tournaments by subsidizing the costs associated with participation. We also provide a college counseling service that focuses on the recruiting and admissions process. The Cannonball Foundation is leveling the playing field for scholar-athletes who demonstrate their abilities on the field and in the classroom.
