"TEAM MOWAS - FANtastic March (10K run/walk)," a team to help the CBCC build a new playground in Southwest

The colleagues of Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C. come together with friends, family, vendors and neighbors of Southwest to raise funds to build a much-needed playground, near the Library on I Street.

Our FANtastic March - a 10K walk/run (or crawl) around all of our most famed monuments takes place on September, 18, 2011 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and culminates with a BBQ at Hains Point to celebrate everyone's efforts.

Individuals are welcome to join the walk at an entry fee of $50 per person that includes breakfast, stretching, BBQ and a t-shirt. Donations of support, in any denomination, are also welcome!
