When we learned in July 2009 that Madison had Rett Syndrome, we first wanted to learn more about it. We were first connected with a few other families and after some Internet searching I found girl power 2 cure and thought it was a much more personal page and I could connect with the parents more and share our daughter with other parents in the same situation. I have met so
many people just through Facebook and other local races. I am looking forward to meeting some other moms and dads at this race as well as other rett girls!! I know Madison is excited and I am excited to do this for her.
