Alaska WildBird Rehab Center is the only wild bird sanctuary that can rehabiliate birds for the wild and give them a chance to live.
In 2011, I was diagnosed with cancer. It was scary to think that I could get this and there was uncertainty for the future. I am in remission and have been given a second chance. I have a close connection with this bird sanctuary and think these animals can be given a second chance too.
On February 16th, I will be jumping into the icy waters of Alaska for this cause. Please celebrate my remission with me by donating to this cause and cheering my on for the ice plunge.
