The mission of Pride is to create experiences that bring the greater GLBT community together to commemorate our diverse heritage, foster inclusion, educate and create awareness of issues, and celebrate achievements in equality.

Donors now have the opportunity to personalize a Hennepin Avenue Banner for the entire month of June. This is a great way to honor and celebrate a loved one.

Pride is about creating space for everyone to celebrate exactly who they are.

Each year, Twin Cities Pride produces the Pride Celebration in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, creating opportunities for the community to come together to celebrate who they are and who they love in a safe, welcoming environment.

Overall attendance has almost doubled in the last decade with 2011 attendance exceeding 300,000, once again making it the largest Pride Celebration in the region and one of the largest in the United States. The Pride Celebration is comprised of several events. The two largest events are the Pride Festival and the Ashley Rukes GLBT Pride Parade, both taking place on the last full weekend in June.

Each year TC Pride also produces other large events: Pride Boat Cruise, Grand Marshal's Reception, Pride Art Show, Family Picnic and other community events.
