United Way Alternative Spring Break gives students like me the opportunity to spend my spring break making a difference.

  •  

I've decided to trade my bathing suit for a tool belt this spring and team up with United way to make a meaningful impact rebuilding the Gulf Coast. Approaching the five year anniversary of Katrina, St. Bernard Parish, just east of New Orleans, still contunuies to rebuild homes and lives and need our help.

I am thrilled to be given the oppurtunity to lend a hand and spend a week volunteering and hope you will support me in my endeavor.
