Over ten years ago God gave Seeds of Hope a vision to build a community center in Casa Grande that would be a safe haven for spiritual, educational, and social development for all ages. Within the last decade the leadership at Seeds of Hope has changed, board members have rotated off, and the worsening economy has greatly affected us all. But our resolve to bring hope and healing to this community has never changed.

Today we are excited to share with you the completion of the Mondo Anaya Community Center (MACC). Named in memory of our former Board President Mondo Anaya, this 4200 sq. ft. community center in Albert Cruz Park is evidence that God is still in the miracle business! With this spacious venue, we have the ability to provide many types of programming simultaneously to individuals and families of all ages. We envision a tranquil environment for adults during the morning hours, an active learning location for youth in the afternoon and a place of spiritual development for teens and young adults each evening.

We would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the support of our community. To celebrate our dream becoming a reality, our First Annual "Steps of Hope" 5K Walk/Run will take place on Saturday December 8.

Registration begins at 8AM, shot gun start at 8:45AM. The race route will begin at our Administrative office and take participants by each location in Casa Grande where Seeds of Hope provides a service to the community ending in Albert Cruz Park, home of the new MACC! An open house complete with refreshements will conclude our morning.

In 2013 Seeds of Hope will be celebrating 20 years of service to the Casa Grande community. We are excited to begin a new chapter that will utilize the MACC make a difference in our neighborhoods by investing in others.
