Hello!

My name is Amazing Grace and I’m one of the many animals whose lives you make possible by being part of Save The Animals Foundation.

I came to STAF on the day I was born, a motherless kitten. I weighed only 2 ounces and had injuries to my back legs and tail. The volunteers, seeing how frail I was, planned to hold and comfort me until I passed away, but I wasn’t ready to leave just yet! Once warmed, I cried for a bottle. They fed me, and I survived the night, and with everyone still thinking I couldn’t possibly make it, I got through my first day. …then another, then another.

Now I’m ten months old and want to show everyone that no matter how small, no matter if it’s a little out of the ordinary, life matters. We all make a difference with our part of the big picture. So many people made a difference for me, and I want to help make a difference for other cats and dogs in need by showing how glorious life is. You just need a few friends in your corner!

My STAF family is looking into a prosthetic limb for my right, rear partial leg. It’s just one of the many miracles STAF’s Medical Fund is here to provide. I hope you’ll be able to help us build this fund in 2012 to make miracles happen for me, and for all the lives that cross STAF’s door, big or small.
