STABILIZE ZUMBROTA FAMILIES/ECONOMIC RELIEF FUND

This fund is a giving option of the Zumbrota Community Trust. This is a collaborative effort of the Zumbrota area safety-net organizations.

Partnering organizations:

· Covered Bridge Family Resources, LLC

· Fairview Zumbrota Clinic

· Pastor’s Emergency Fund

· Three Rivers Community Action, Inc.

· Zumbrota/Mazeppa Early Childhood Programs

· Zumbrota Area Food Shelf

The STABILIZE ZUMBROTA FAMILIES/ECONOMIC RELIEF FUND primarily focuses on smaller dollar amount needs that have been identified by one of the participating organizations for a client or participant of that program.

The organizations meet quarterly to look at ways to collaborate and manage the fund.

Examples of fund beneficiaries:

· Assisted patient who lost health insurance with one month of mental health medications

· Purchased medical supplies for a patient without insurance

· Supplied mental health workbooks for counseling clients who could not afford to buy them
