In supporting Mustache May you are directly helping the kids at The Boy's Club of New York.
Mustache May might seem silly to you, but last year we raised over $8000 for the Boys' Club of New York through this fundraiser. This year we hope to raise even more! We've seen the money put to good use in the past twelve months at the East Village Boys' Club location and we know that we can directly affect these kids' lives with every dollar that we raise. Please donate to my stache and help the future generations of ‘stache-growers in New York!
Boys’ Club of New York
The Boys’ Club of New York is a 133-year old not-for-profit institution that serves over 4,400 boys in the New York area each year. By providing after school programs and services to promote education, athletics, the arts, and character development, it is the goal of the Boys’ Club to combat the staggering on-time graduation rates in NYC, and to provide a pathway for members to develop into men. Within the Boys’ Club, the ISP program is a great example of some of the work being done. The program identifies and develops qualified young boys throughout their early academic careers by providing educational and extracurricular support and eventually assisting them in gaining entry into some of the top independent and boarding schools in the nation. Through this program the Boys’ Club has worked with over 1,600 young men to help them gain access to top-level education and have achieved a college placement rate of 100%.
