The South Saint Paul Male Chorus is a community chorus composed of about 25 men from South St. Paul and other communities. www.sspmc.org
Founded in 1943, the South Saint Paul Male Chorus enterains many types of audiences with a variety of music including old favorites, show tunes, patriotic, spirituals and religious, and music from other cultures. The Chorus sings from a repertoire of more than 400 songs and over the years has been blessed with hundreds of voices from SSP and other communities. Men from a wide range of occupations have been led by professional directors and accompanists, and sponsored by charitable and individual donations.
We present our own concerts, sing as requested by civic or community organizations, and fundraise through our sing-and-serve spaghetti dinners. Each year we also join with several other Male Choruses in the annual Midwest Big Sing.
Invite the SSPMC to add the harmony of Male Chorus singing to your event.
