The Mountain Fund

Just outside one of the worst slums in Kathmandu there is a school. It's not an ordinary school, it educates only the children from that slum and provides them with a daily bath, toothbrushing, nutritious hot meals and clean uniforms. There are 104 children in the school. However, this year, we had to turn away 60 other children due to lack of space. it's heartbreaking to deny an education to a child. We intend to start a second school and provide a primary school education to the 60 kids that have been left behind.
