SFM Foundation

Mission SFM Foundation is dedicated to easing the burdens on families affected by workplace accidents. To achieve this, the Foundation provides post-secondary education scholarships to children of parents fatally or seriously injured on the job.

About Us SFM Foundation was created in 2008 by SFM Companies, a regional workers' compensation insurance group headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota.

About the SFM Foundation Scholarship Scholarships are available to qualifying students whose parents have been disabled or fatally injured in the course of working for Minnesota or Wisconsin employers. Each scholarship recipient is eligible for up to $5,000 per year and can receive scholarships annually through graduation from a two- to four-year college, university or vocational school.

Ways to Give Charitable contributions are the source of this scholarship opportunity for young people. SFM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. SFM Foundation accepts one-time donations or sponsorships to our annual golf event. To learn more about our golf event, please see our website at www.sfm-foundation.org.
