The purpose of the Conflict Management Program is to create and maintain a culture of compassion,
cooperation, and nonviolence within Schoolcraft Learning Community. Our goals are that students have the skills to resolve conflicts constructively, and work cooperatively with others, and that they feel safe and valued at school. We believe that to achieve and maintain such a culture, students must consistently be taught social emotional and conflict resolution skills. Therefore, we provide the following to students:

• Conflict Management classes
• S.T.A.R. (Students Teaching Attitudes and Respect)
• Peacemakers Club
• The Peaceful School Bus
• Mediation
• Staff Training
• Bullying Prevention Committee

Because Peace Maker Foundation operating expenses are paid for by separate donations, 100% of what you contribute will help Schoolcraft Learning Community.
