Riding in support of On Earth Peace

400 miles by bike for On Earth Peace. That's my starting plan for Spring Break. Each mile I ride is in honor of Paul Ziegler, a Church of the Brethren youth who had a vision to ride 3000 Miles for Peace. Your donations will go to the work of On Earth Peace, an organization I have volunteered for in the past and which I know to be engaged in incredible and important work. On Earth Peace empowers youth and young adults through peace education, mentors young adult leaders involved in social change, and offers conflict resolution to church congregations and communities.

My goal is to raise $2 for every mile I cover this Spring Break. Your contribution will help me reach this goal!

My riding and fundraising will not stop here. I plan to ride many more miles this summer on a journey that focusses on volunteering, models of Christian intentional community and sustainable living. I will continue to seek donations for On Earth Peace through September 2013.

The Spring Break Route

On spring break I will be riding with Turner Ritchie and Jess Rinehart. We're planning to clockwise around Indiana, passing through Richmond and Brown County State Park. Check out the map image for a view of our aproximate route.
