Miss Austin US Saving Lives with APA!

"I have chosen Animal Rights and Care as my charity and platform for the Miss Texas United States pageant this October. I feel that fundraising to save animals' lives is a crucial task to assist in animal care. These beings do not have voices to speak for themselves and need us to recognize their pain and fear. I personally think that APA!'s "No Kill" philosophy is the greatest. It is not fair to any animal to end its life short simply because there is no room for them in a shelter. There are plenty of homes out there that are potential forever families for these pets. Let us stand up now and speak for the homeless and abused pets so that they may be treated with the love and care they deserve, in homes with families that will nurture and adore them!"
