This event is held in honor of Ryder Ewing, who just four months shy of her second birthday, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After more than a year of chemotherapy and numerous other therapies to help her relearn everything, Ryder is cancer free today!

The third annual Ryder's "Carve Out Cancer" 5K and Festival will be taking place on Saturday, October 6th, 2012.

Money raised from the Ryder 5K will be donated directly towards the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research and will support brain tumor research.
