RxRights is a national coalition working to protect American access to sources of safe and affordable medicine.

Dear friend,

RxRights’ goal to protect access to sources of safe and affordable medicine has never been more critical, which is why we are asking you to make a contribution to the cause today.

As the year comes to a close, I want to reiterate how much your support matters.

Thanks to advocates like you:

  • Over 125,000 messages have been sent to Congress and the President urging them to protect access to safe, affordable medicine from international pharmacies.
  • Anti-piracy legislation (SOPA and PIPA) that jeopardized legitimate online pharmacies was defeated.
  • Media throughout the country have finally begun to tell the story of those struggling to afford exorbitant drug prices.

We've made serious progress, but continued access to affordable medicine is still in jeopardy, which is why we urge you to make a donation to RxRights today. Additional funding will enable us to ramp up our organizing efforts in the coming year.

We plan to:

  1. Monitor and attempt to influence the rulemaking process and enforcement budget of the FDA Safety & Innovation Act, Section 708.
  2. Work with legislators to introduce a bill that cleans up the legal ambiguity regarding personal drug importation once and for all.
  3. Continue to provide you with information and updates concerning the challenges and opportunities related to this effort through our website and emails.

Please donate today. The amount doesn’t have to be large—$25, $40, $50—whatever you can afford to contribute to our work on behalf of protecting access to affordable medicine.

Thank you for your continued support. Your tax-deductible financial contribution will strengthen the RxRights Coalition, sustain our organizing efforts, and help secure our success.

Best regards,

Lee Graczyk
