Run for the Rocks half marathon

Proceeds will benefit youth programs and scholarships at the Hutchinson Recreation Commission and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson.

Each year thousands of youth in the Hutchinson area utalize services provided by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson and the Hutchinson Recreation Commission. Funds from the Run for the Rocks and those donated on Razoo will directly support both organizations and help ensure that children may particiate in a myriad of activities to keep them healthy, active and involved in our community.

It's history in the making as Run for the Rocks is the first-ever half marathon in Hutchinson, KS! The Run for the Rocks boasts a fast, flast, USACTF certified, chip-timed and scenic course. The race will begin in beautiful Carey Park and wind along the Martinez Trail, traverse through Rice Park, the Kansas State Fair grounds, with the final stretch past Hutchinson Community College and the Kansas Cosmosphere, with a race-worthy finish inside Gowans Stadium.
